THE MICHEL'S EXPERIENCE
Being of Haitian descent; I grew up surrounded by the uniqueness of Caribbean art in the food, dance, music, and colorful paintings. I’ve always been fascinated and intrigued with creative arts. Creativity was a hidden jewel inside me that I buried for a long time.
Michel’s exposes one of the best kept secrets about me…I love Florals and Event Designs! I am proud of this bonus gift that God has blessed me with. My training experience includes hands on one to one training with luxury floral designers. What started as artistic therapy is now a part of my love language and drives my entrepreneurial spirit!

Chef Robinson E. Joseph
Born in St. Louis du Nord, Haiti; I was raised in Boston & South Florida, since the age of 4yrs old. My love language of food began at a young age while watching my mother prepare traditional Haitian dishes & seeing the love & pride she took in preparing her meals with authentic herbs and spices influenced by the culture. I was inspired and determined to complete dual enrollment classes in culinary arts at Atlantic Technical College; I graduated in 2000 with my certification in Culinary Arts & Commercial Foods. My experience in culinary, hospitality, and management fueled the dream of becoming a Chef and owner of my own business. In April 2016, my wife & I decided to put faith into action with Michel’s Catering & Events. My consistent goal is to bring you a different level of intimacy through food influenced and prepared by a Haitian Chef with many flavors.
